My career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants

While at university, I developed major interest in banks and capital markets. After completing my bachelor's degree and before starting my master's, I took some time off to do an internship at Roland Berger, dabble in investment banking and also travel a bit. During my first week at Roland Berger, I was sent already on a business trip to London, which was really an exciting challenge for me. The unique culture, the entrepreneurial spirit and career opportunities at Roland Berger were key in winning me over after completing my master's degree.

I have worked on various projects in the banking sector since joining Roland Berger. For example, one project involved going to Austria to support the alignment of two banks. In another project, I helped plan a greenfield business model. My geographic focus is on the German-speaking region.

The flexibility and initiative, the interesting people and, last but not least, the social aspects in consulting continue to inspire me.

My other interests

In my spare time I like doing sports: snowboarding in winter and wakeboarding in summer. I lived in Southeast Asia and Africa for 15 years growing up, and still love to travel to faraway countries. My perfect weekend starts by sleeping in, then going out to the country and rounding off the day with a good dinner with good friends.
