Dr. Marc D. Grüter, PRINCIPAL

Marc has more than 10 years of experience in the development of business and operating models, strategic risk management, the design and transformation of risk management frameworks, banking regulatory (Basel III) and integrated bank management. Prior to joining Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, he worked as Head of Risk Management at a big4 company, as project manager at an international management consulting company for banks and as employee in the controlling/planning department of a leading international Swiss Bank. He holds a PhD degree in Economics from the University of Basel.

His industry expertise includes retail and private banking, asset management, insurance and government.
