Beatrix Morath has been with Roland Berger for 14 years, and played a key role in building up the Swiss office right from the start. Today, as Senior Partner, she assists clients from a wide range of industries, focusing among other things on restructuring and strategy.

She is also involved in Roland Berger's Lead Partnership with Young Global Leaders (YGL) of the World Economic Forum (WEF) on various social initiatives worldwide. Among others she supported Global Dignity and today she is a member of its board.

Before moving to consultancy, Beatrix Morath was with Deutsche Bank Corporate Banking for four years, dealing mainly with companies in the turnaround phase.
