Before joining Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Joost Geginat worked with Deutsche Bank in Germany. He has a master in business management from the university of Cologne and HEC Paris.

Since October 1, 2011 Geginat is in charge of the office in Singapore. Here, as Managing Partner, he will be responsible for continuing to expand Roland Berger's activities in South-East Asia, with offices in Singapore, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur.
