Dr. Lukas Weber is a Partner in Financial Services and in charge of the Insurance Competence Center at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Switzerland.

After completing his master's degree and doctoral thesis in "Insurance Performance Management" he started his career at Zurich Insurance Company before joining McKinsey & Company. He then spent several years with Zurich Financial Services, where he was in charge of the direct banking and insurance business, several key projects and the Zurich Life Switzerland business unit. Subsequently, Weber worked for UBS in Zurich and as Regional Head in Basel and was ultimately in charge of the Swiss institutional clients business.

Dr. Lukas Weber is a specialist in life & general insurance, retail & private banking, asset management and corporate finance.
