The 1st half 2010 has shown hopeful signs with regard to the economic situation and the prospects for recovery have improved considerably. The Strategic Planners' Circle therefore dedicated its 4th event to the evolving situation and the positive indications for the future.

Pascal Schweitzer, VP Strategic Management at Alstom, talked about how Alstom is preparing itself for the economic upswing. He not only addressed how strategic priorities are changing, but also what strategic initiatives companies can take to get more independent from economic cycles. The evening again provided an excellent opportunity for participants to share ideas and opinions across different industries in an informal setting.
